The storyline of the Hindi dubbed Kannada movie Heart Attack 3 revolves around Vicky aka Lucky who falls in love with a TV anchor named Gowri. After attempts by Gowri and her dog Zoo Zoo to drive Lucky away, Lucky changes his identity to Vicky takes up a job in Gowrie's office and also befriends her dog in an attempt to win Gowri. 

But the plot takes a twist when Vicky proposes to Gowri and it turns out that Gowri loves Lucky after all. But Vicky cannot prove his identity as Lucky as he has broken all ties linking him to his previous identity.
